Open a support case

  1. Email support@nzura.co.tz with a description of the issue. Include your company name, the module involved (e.g. HR & Payroll → Zoom & Meet), and screenshots if you have them.
  2. You will receive an automatic acknowledgement with a case reference.
  3. A support engineer follows up by email; for urgent issues you can also reach us on WhatsApp or by phone during support hours.

Support hours & response times

Support hoursMonday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 East Africa Time (EAT, UTC+3), excluding Tanzanian public holidays. WhatsApp and email are monitored on a best-effort basis outside these hours.
First response SLAWe aim to send a first response within 1 business day. Most email and WhatsApp messages are answered the same business day.
ResolutionResolution time depends on severity; we keep you updated until the case is closed.
