1. Platform scope
Nzura App provides software tools for business operations, including accounting, inventory, procurement, payroll, CRM, messaging, social media management, reporting, AI-assisted workflows, payment orchestration, portals, and compliance-related workflows. The exact features available to a tenant depend on subscribed modules, enabled integrations, configuration, and lawful use.
2. Account eligibility and authority
You may use Nzura App only if you have authority to bind the business or entity you represent and to provide the data, users, and third-party connections required for your use case. You are responsible for your administrators, employees, agents, connected providers, and any actions taken under your tenant account.
3. Acceptable use and prohibited businesses
You may not use Nzura App for any business, transaction, workflow, or content that is prohibited by Tanzanian law, applicable anti-money laundering or anti-terrorism law, sanctions regimes, export controls, or other applicable international law. Nzura App may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably suspect prohibited or unlawful use.
- No fraud, deceptive practices, unlawful financial schemes, or money movement without lawful authority.
- No business involving terrorism, sanctioned persons, trafficking, exploitation, illegal weapons, counterfeit goods, or unlawful controlled substances.
- No unlicensed regulated activity where a legally required license, registration, or authorization is missing.
- No attempts to bypass security controls, reverse engineer restricted integrations, scrape protected data, or interfere with platform stability.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, and authorization of the information, users, connected accounts, API keys, payment gateway credentials, tax settings, content, and business processes you place into Nzura App. You must review outputs, reports, filing data, payroll data, AI-generated content, and transaction records before relying on them operationally or submitting them externally.
5. Module licensing and commercial structure
Nzura App is offered as interconnecting modules. A tenant may subscribe to one or several modules, and modules may share data when enabled inside the same tenant environment. Commercial charges may depend on module selection, users, branches, data volumes, message volumes, transaction volumes, connected channels, support level, onboarding scope, and custom integration requirements.
Public pricing pages describe pricing structure and billing basis for each module. Final commercial schedules may be set by order form, proposal, statement of work, or another written agreement with Nzunda Technologies Limited.
6. Third-party services and provider accounts
Nzura App can connect to third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS providers, social networks, AI providers, and other operational platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, rate limits, technical availability, licensing conditions, and compliance obligations. You remain responsible for using those services lawfully and keeping your credentials accurate and authorized.
7. Payment gateway responsibility allocation
Nzura App provides software orchestration, callback handling, record-keeping, and configuration support for gateways. Nzura App does not guarantee settlement, disbursement, provider onboarding approval, chargeback outcomes, bank acceptance, network uptime, or regulatory approval by any provider. Monetary movement, provider-side reconciliation, reserves, frozen balances, gateway account suspensions, and compliance obligations remain the responsibility of the tenant and the relevant payment gateway provider, subject to applicable law.
8. Privacy and data handling
Your use of Nzura App is also subject to the Privacy policy. You must only upload and process personal data where you have a lawful basis and appropriate authorization.
9. Availability and changes
We may update features, modules, workflows, user interfaces, routing, and supported providers from time to time. We may also suspend access for maintenance, legal risk, security concerns, or provider-side changes. Where reasonably possible, we will aim to give notice for material planned changes.
10. Limitation, suspension, and termination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create legal or security risk, or fail to meet payment obligations. Detailed limitation positions for payment and compliance-sensitive workflows appear on the Legal liability page.
